Our initial new patient appointment is 30 minutes and includes a consultation, exam, and x-rays. Once we receive your completed information, we will confirm your appointment with you.

We accept most insurance and are in-network with BCBS, Medicare, MODA, Health, Pacific Source, and Providence.

Unfortunately, we are not enrolled with the Oregon Health Plan, and therefore we cannot bill OHP for treatment.
